(A block or so past 19th Street and Upland right west of Caravan Storage)

Do I need to make an appointment to come see Sophia's Place?

Yes, we are by appointment only. Please contact me at

What all is included with the building?

The building provides a full kitchen, bride and groom suites and a beautiful patio area. We also have 10 60" round tables, 20 rectangle tables and 200 chairs. 

How do I reserve an event date?

50% of the total rental is due to reserve your date.The remaining amount is due 30 days before the event.

Is there a safety deposit fee?

Yes, a $500 refundable damage deposit is required for all events. If no damage or contract violations occur, the amount will be refunded within 10 days of the conclusion of the event.

Do you provide catering?

No,but we are open vendor so you may use any caterer you would like as long as they have insurance.

Can we bring in our own alcohol?

Yes. You can bring in your own alcohol for your event. You must have a TABC bartender to serve and an off duty officer onsite.

How many people will Sophia's Place fit?

A maximum of 250 are allowed in the building.

Do we have to clean after the event?

Everything you brought in must be out the day of the event. All trash must be taken to the dumpster located on the property.

How long do I get the building?

You will have from 10am to midnight on the day of your event.
